FEATURE CROP     you are here

Is is widely stated that there are over 8000 varieties of tomatoes in existence today. We are currently growing over 150 varieties. While everyone has their favorites we offer varieties like no other grower within hundreds of miles. Certainly you won't find  many of these varieties in chain stores. What we try to offer is unique in that we grow these varieties ourselves and can not only provide potted plants, but also sell the tomatoes.
These photos show the crop ripening on the vine and being harvested.

You might notice small stickers on the heirloom tomatoes (right). We try to identify varieties while picking so that customers can compare taste differences.

To give you an idea of some heirloom varieties and their attributes we included a list below. We eliminated the hybrid varieties to keep the list manageable.
